Refund Policy

At Start My Co LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services and full transparency in all our business operations. Due to the nature of our work — which involves administrative preparation, document submission, and engagement with third-party providers — our refund policy is strictly limited.

1. General Rule: No Refunds After Service Initiation

All services are prepaid. Once we begin working on your order — including document preparation, jurisdictional analysis, or communication with any external party — no refunds will be issued.

2. Eligible Refunds (Before Service Begins)

A full refund may be issued only if:

  • You request cancellation before we begin any work on your order
  • No documents have been prepared or submitted
  • No interaction with any registered agent or government entity has taken place

To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The Client provides incorrect or incomplete information
  • The Client changes their mind after service work has started
  • A third-party platform (e.g., Stripe, Payoneer, Wise, bank) rejects or fails to approve the registered company
  • Delays caused by government authorities or registered agents outside our control
  • The company was successfully registered but no longer needed
  • The Client violated our Terms of Service or submitted fraudulent data

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after receiving services will be treated as fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to take legal action and submit documentation to defend against unjustified disputes.
