We assist clients with choosing a suitable jurisdiction, preparing and filing incorporation documents, providing a registered business address, registering the company, supporting onboarding with fintech platforms (such as Stripe, Wise, Payoneer), and handling administrative aspects of running an international business.
All services are delivered remotely, with no physical presence required from the Client. Communication is conducted via email or other online channels.
We are not a legal, tax, or accounting firm, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice as defined by the laws of the United States, European Union, or any other jurisdiction. All information we provide during service delivery is strictly consultative and informational in nature and must not be considered formal legal advice.

We do not guarantee approval or acceptance by third-party platforms such as Stripe, Payoneer, Wise, banks, or other financial services providers — even if the company registration is completed successfully. These platforms make their own independent decisions based on internal policies beyond our control.
It is strictly prohibited to use false, inaccurate, misleading, or third-party personal data (without consent) when registering a company through our service.
By using our services, the Client confirms that all submitted information is truthful and that they are acting in their own legal capacity or with explicit authorization.
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information required to process the order. The Client is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence and any jurisdiction where a company is formed.
We are not liable for any legal, financial, or regulatory consequences arising from the Client’s use of false, forged, or third-party data.
All services must be prepaid. Invoices are issued via email. We will begin providing services only after full payment is received.
Payments are non-refundable once the registration process or any administrative preparation has been initiated.
We do not guarantee approval or acceptance by third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Payoneer, banks, fintech platforms), even if your company is successfully registered.
All information provided by the Client is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, the Client explicitly agrees to the collection, processing, and secure storage of their personal and business data for the purpose of providing services, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or regulatory request.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your account without prior notice if we detect abuse, fraud, false identity use, or illegal activity of any kind.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new version.
